Researchers from NZCBI’s Virginia Working Landscapes visit a private farm in Page County, Virginia, on June 3, 2026, to conduct a plant survery as part of the annual grassland biodiversity surveys. Ecological data collected from these surveys are being used to explore the complex relationships between land management activities and grassland biodiversity and to help predict the future of the region’s landscapes.
