2026 Conference Theme: ADAPTATION

We were thrilled to welcome Governor Spanberger! Governor Spanberger talked about her administration’s conservation priorities including Outdoor Recreation Expansion, Conservation of Working Lands, and Affordable Housing & Historic Preservation.
Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry Katie Frazier and Secretary of Natural and Historic Resources David Bulova followed Governor Spanberger with a panel discussion.
We were excited to have Aazia “Aaz” Mrozinski, Fort Monroe Foundation, Executive Director deliver Tuesday’s keynote address.
The weather was beautiful for our eight field trips and Mariner’s Museum Courtyard Reception.
We had fantastic speakers for our 20 plus breakout sessions and six breakfast roundtables.
