Data Center Infrastructure Costs Belong to Data Center Operators: Not Virginia Citizens and Other Businesses

With the legislative session at “halftime,” the Virginia General Assembly has the opportunity to step up and do the right thing by passing legislation creating transparency, oversight, ratepayer protection and mitigation of the impacts of data centers on Virginia.
