Wed. Oct. 18 Birds, Butterflies, and Blossoms on the Blue Ridge–Managing your property for wildlife, biodiversity, and scenic beauty, 4 to 6 p.m., Piedmont Memorial Overlook, Paris, VA. The Blue Ridge Conservation Alliance is sponsoring this event on a 50-acre mountaintop preserve, along with NVCT and other organizations.
