Patsy Ticer, committed to land conservation
The board of directors and staff of the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust are saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend Patsy Ticer. She served on our board for five years after her retirement from the Virginia Senate, and was a strong advocate for land conservation and for the City of Alexandria. We are proud to have worked so closely with her on saving nearby nature. We loved having her at our March conservation lunch event, shown here with Executive Director Peggy Stevens.
