Hali Plourde-Rogers

Executive Director, Virginia Eastern Shore Land Trust, Hali joined the VES Land Trust staff in 2012 as Stewardship Manager. She became the Executive Director in 2017. Hali has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Tech. Between getting her degrees, she worked in marketing and communications. Hali is an alumni Fellow with the Virginia Natural Resources Leadership Institute. She lives in Onancock with her husband.
