Martha Little
Martha Little serves as a Deputy Director of Conservation at the Virginia Outdoors Foundation. She has been with VOF since 2006, helped to develop VOF’s stewardship program, oversees grant programs and a conservation portfolio of approximately 4500 conservation easement projects on approximately 920,000 acres across the Commonwealth. Martha has a bachelor’s degree in political and social thought and a master’s degree in urban and environmental planning from the University of Virginia. Previously, Martha served as Chief of Planning for the Chesapeake Local Assistance Department, as Planning Director in Rome, Georgia, as a planner at HRPDC and the City of Portsmouth. Martha resides in Weems Virginia with her husband, Chris and enjoys Masters swimming, sailing, and other outdoor pursuits.
