Fundamentals: VOF New Model Easement

Virginia Outdoors Foundation recently completed and unveiled its new Model Open-Space Easement, which replaces the document previously referred to as the VOF Easement Template.  This session offers insight into the decision-making process that VOF underwent in replacing the Template with the Model and will conclude with a Q&A period.  We ask those who attend to familiarize themselves with both the new Model Open-Space Easement and the Memorandum that was published with the release of the Model to establish a baseline from which to begin this conversation.
